Chain instead of starting over: use the result as the base of the next step or, in Nodes, connect its output and use “Run from here” so you don't repeat what didn't change. To change a single element, use an editing model or the image editor's Retouch. And at the end, Enhance render for the photographic finish and the Upscaler for resolution.
