What do I do if a render fails or takes long?

If a render fails, the tokens are returned automatically. If it takes a while, that's fine: you can keep working or close the tab, and when you come back the result shows up (you'll also find it in the Gallery). If the job was still queued when you cancelled it, its tokens are returned.

Other cases: if the app asks you to sign in again, your session expired; if a model shows as “Unavailable”, it's paused for the moment and it's best to pick another; if you don't have enough tokens, the top-up window opens; and if you launch many renders in a row, wait a moment and try again. If an image doesn't load, refresh the page. If the problem continues, write to us from Support with a screenshot of what you see.
