Which model should I use?

To iterate, NanoBanana Turbo (20 tokens) is fast and realistic, as long as you describe every detail well. If you want to spend less while exploring, Flux 2 and Seedream 4 start at 10.

For the final shot, NanoBanana PRO (45 tokens, from Standard) is the most realistic and the best at understanding detailed prompts.

If you already have a render and want to improve or fix it, GPT Image PRO and GPT Image Turbo (from Standard) are the best at editing finished renders, though not as good at generating from the 3D model. And to change just one element without touching the rest, use an editing model: Seedream 5, Qwen 3 Edit (the cheapest) or Boogu Edit (the one that respects the original the most).
