How do I remove the background from a photo or a render?

With the Cutout app, under Apps on the dashboard. Upload an image —or up to 10 at once—, paste it or pick it from your gallery, and press «Remove background»: the object stays untouched and the background goes. It works for furniture, models, people, trees and façades. Each cutout costs 5 tokens; with «Fine detail», which cuts out at 2048 px with a more precise model for plants, railings and chair legs, 10. It comes with every plan, the free trial included, and if a cutout doesn't come out your tokens are refunded.

Pick the background —transparent, white, black or any colour you like— at no cost: it is painted in your browser and you can change it whenever you want. Download it as a PNG or WebP, which keep the transparency, or as a JPG or PDF, which carry the chosen background (white if it was transparent); with several images, get them all in a ZIP. On the free trial, downloads carry a watermark.

Every cutout stays in the app's history and in your Gallery. You can publish it to Community, with the original photo as the «before», open it in Nodes —a new project with the photo wired to a «Remove background» node— or take it to Modelar to make a 3D object. In Nodes, the «Remove background» node makes the same cutout, for 5 tokens.
